There were no serious injuries after a van overturned on the A2 near Gravesend in a ‘multi-vehicle collision’.
The A2 coastbound at Gravesend East was closed around 4pm on Wednesday, September 9, after reports a crash.
It emerged that there had been a multi-vehicle collision near the Marling Cross Interchange.
Pictures show several cars damaged and a van overturned on the major road.
Police and ambulance services attended the scene at around 4:20pm and closed the road coastbound, causing delays.
Remarkably, there were no serious injuries reported following the crash, and the road was fully reopened at 6:30pm.
Kent Specials snapped some photos of the crash after coming across the collision on their way home.

“On the way home from my full time job I come across this RTC, made sure everyone is safe and close the road until units arrive.”
