Dartford Crossing A282 October weekend closures and diversions

Between Friday, October 6, and Monday, October 9 parts of the Dartford Crossing are closed due to maintenance works, surveying works and structural works.

The Dartford Crossing is a major road crossing of the River Thames in England, carrying the A282 road between Dartford in Kent in the south and Thurrock in Essex in the north.

Friday, October 6 – Saturday, October 7

A282-Northbound

A282 northbound Jct 2 entry slip road closure. Diversion via A2, Bean interchange, B255, A206, Jct 1A.

A282 northbound Jct 1b entry slip road closure. Diversion via A2, Bean interchange, B255, A206, Jct 1A.

A282 Northbound Dartford Crossing East Tunnel closure No access over Dartford Crossing for vehicles over 4.8m. Diversion via National Highways network.

These closures will be in place from 11pm – 6am.

A282-Southbound

A282 southbound Jct 2 exit slip road to A2 eastbound Darenth link road closure. Diversion via Local Authority network.

Saturday, October 7 – Sunday, October 8
